Recent Timeline
- Formation of the circle and Megumi's weekend plans (Episode 4)
Tomoya Aki interviewed Utaha Kasumigaoka after a request through his website, and at the end of the stalled interview she agreed to join his circle. At the circle meeting Eriri Sawamura and Utaha both called the plan to finish the game in December and debut it at Winter Comiket impossible, and Tomoya settled the dispute by taking responsibility for funding while they focused on art and scenario. At the restaurant where he works part-time he found Megumi Kato dining with her cousin Keiichi Kato and asked her not to see Keiichi until the game was finished; when she said they already had plans to go to Rokutenba Mall that weekend, Tomoya told her to go with him instead, and she agreed.
- Plot approval standoff and the Rokutenba Mall date (Episode 5)
Tomoya Aki asked Eriri Sawamura for advice on shopping with a girl, and she concluded that his real worry was a date with Megumi Kato. Utaha Kasumigaoka presented a romance plot she had finished overnight, but Tomoya held off approving it for three days. When Eriri accused him of stalling production, he said approving it would make it no longer his own work, and Utaha reproached him for once again giving her no answer. At the crowded Rokutenba Mall opening sale he planned their route from Megumi's floor map and wait-time information, and at the last shop, when she picked out glasses for him as thanks for coming along, he apologized and rushed off.
- Overnight plot revision in Wago City (Episode 6)
Tomoya followed Utaha to Wago City, missed the last train, and spent the night with her reworking the game's plot. He argued that the heroine Meguri could not be truly happy if she was bound only by her past-life story and proposed an everyday-romance route, and they kept the past-life story as well. The next morning Utaha welcomed him into the world of creators.
- Helping with Eriri's manuscript and Izumi's return (Episode 7)
Behind on her Summer Comiket manuscript, Eriri Sawamura called Tomoya Aki over to help work out its story and had him act out the protagonist's romantic lines with her. When the improvised scene grew increasingly intimate, Tomoya broke off in embarrassment and Eriri complained that he had broken character. Soon after, his junior Izumi Hashima, back in Tokyo after a long absence, found him at the school gate. She revealed that she had begun making Little Love Rhapsody doujinshi and invited him to her Summer Comiket booth and her new home.
- Iori's return and challenge (Episode 7)
Iori Hashima, back in Tokyo after three years, confronted Tomoya Aki, the best friend who had cut ties with him. Iori revealed that he already knew Eriri Sawamura was Kashiwagi Eri and knew about Tomoya's game project, said that his own circle, rouge en rouge, was preparing a similar game and looking for an illustrator, and framed it as a contest between the two circles over Eriri's creative future.
