On the Sixth Floor, Rudeus analyzes three Teleportation Magic Circles and discovers hidden stairs that lead toward a seventh floor.

• Rescue and reunion on the Third Floor

Rudeus uses Frost Nova to save the cornered Roxy, who introduces herself without recognizing him. She recognizes him only after learning his identity, and the two talk through the misunderstanding.

• Return to Rapan and preparations

The party returns to Rapan so Roxy can recover. Paul gives Roxy the labyrinth account to study and plans the next attempt, while Roxy and Rudeus discuss supplies and a new sword.

• Descent through the Fourth and Fifth Floors

Roxy rejoins the party on the Third Floor and fights alongside them. The group clears the Fourth Floor's Armored Warriors and uses a talfro root incense to drive off Devouring Devils on the Fifth Floor.

• Sixth Floor and hidden stairs

On the Sixth Floor, the party analyzes the three Teleportation Magic Circles and narrows them to a coin-flip between two. Geese finds a hollow floor, Rudeus breaks it open with Stone Cannon, and they uncover stairs that descend toward a glowing blood-red Teleportation Magic Circle.

Recent Timeline

• Summoning phase and new news (Season 2 Episode 18)

Nanahoshi completed the first phase of her Summoning Magic with Rudeus's help and gave him a scroll holding a Magic Circle for Summoning Lamplight Spirits, a rare spell unknown to the Magician Guild, promising something better after the next phase. Sylphy told Rudeus she is pregnant, and he was overjoyed; Norn and Aisha congratulated the couple, and Elinalise was set to take over Sylphy's bodyguard duty for Ariel. After weighing Geese's letter about rescuing Zenith, Rudeus chose to leave Sharia, setting out himself after seeing Norn determined to go but unable to, and leaving her to watch the house.

• Journey across the desert (Season 2 Episode 19)

Rudeus and Elinalise reached the Teleportation Circle Ruins in Lumen Forest, entered them through the stone tablet emblem, and stepped onto the two-way circle to arrive on Begaritt Continent. They then trekked across the desert toward Rapan. At night, Rudeus was drawn from the Earth Fortress by a scent and nearly made a sexual advance on the sleeping Elinalise, stopped only when she spoke Cliff's name. A Succubus then attacked outside; after revealing her true form and taking flight, she was killed by Elinalise. Later, rather than detour around a cliff, Rudeus lifted them to the top with Earth Lance, and two Griffons attacked: Rudeus killed the first with Stone Cannon and Fireball, while Elinalise pinned the second with her Estoc so Stone Cannon could finish it.

• Rescue of Roxy in the labyrinth (Season 2 Episode 20)

A month after Roxy vanished into a Teleportation Circle, Rudeus and Paul's group entered the S-rank Teleportation Labyrinth and descended through its floors. On the third floor, Rudeus rescued the nearly exhausted Roxy from an assault by Iron Crawlers and Mad Skulls, freezing the monster horde with ice magic.

• Armored Warriors and talfro smoke (Season 2 Episode 21)

On the fourth floor, Rudeus's Quagmire sank the enemies, Roxy coordinated Icicle Edge, and Rudeus's Stone Cannon felled the Armored Warrior fighting Elinalise while Paul finished the other, clearing the first armored-enemy encounter. Later, Geese burned a talfro root as incense, and its smoke drove the Devouring Devils away, confirming the book's accuracy and leading Paul to decide to keep exploring rather than return to Rapan.

• Hidden stairs in the final room (Season 2 Episode 21)

Recalling a similar ruin room that held a Teleportation Magic Circle to Begaritt Continent, Rudeus had Geese search for hidden stairs. Geese found a hollow floor by tapping with his sword pommel, and Rudeus broke it open with Stone Cannon, revealing stairs leading down toward a deep blood-red glowing Teleportation Magic Circle.
