Recent Timeline
- Team A wins the first exercise (Episode 7)
Izuku's Detroit Smash shattered the ceilings of every floor, and the falling debris let Ochaco float it at Tenya and seize the hidden weapon, securing victory for Team A. Katsuki lost to Izuku despite dominating in close combat.
- Exercise results and class critique (Episode 8)
All Might declared Izuku and Ochaco the winners of the Team A vs Team D exercise, leaving Katsuki distraught over losing to Izuku and hyperventilating at the thought of losing again. All Might named Tenya MVP for adapting to the situation and respecting the spirit of the exercise. Momo faulted Katsuki and Izuku for using large ranged attacks indoors and Ochaco for lowering her guard too early in a reckless final attack.
In Team B's match, Shoto froze the building and his opponents almost instantly, trapping Ojiro and Hagakure's bare feet to the ground, and he touched the payload to secure victory. Afterward, Izuku told Katsuki the truth about his Quirk, but Katsuki refused to believe him, admitted defeat, and vowed to surpass the number one hero without All Might's help.
- Press infiltration at U.A. (Episode 9)
After All Might joined the faculty, reporters crowded U.A., and one followed Eraser Head inside and set off the defensive barrier, triggering school alarms and a mass evacuation jam. Tenya calmed the students by revealing the intruder was only the press. The faculty concluded the barrier was broken by an element of evil, possibly a declaration of war.
Following Izuku's resignation, Tenya was elected class representative by the majority of Class 1-A for his calm handling of the panic.
- Habit Headgear hostage situation (Episode 9)
Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady were handling a hostage situation created by Habit Headgear until All Might arrived, defeated the villain with a Missouri Smash, and headed on toward U.A.
- USJ villain invasion (Episode 10)

Eraser Head fought them while Thirteen tried to evacuate the students, but Kurogiri scattered the class into the simulation zones. Clue Board
- Barrier breach by an evil element (Episode 9)

- Reason for All Might's absence (Episode 10)

- Threat to Symbol of Peace (Episode 10)
A mysterious unnamed person reads a newspaper about All Might becoming a teacher and asks what would happen if the Symbol of Peace were snuffed out by villains.
The villains' goal is now stated outright: they are a League of Villains member group whose goal is to kill All Might. Shigaraki wonders whether the Symbol of Peace will arrive only after the students are killed, and the class discusses the villains' plan against All Might.
- Unexplained communication blockage at U.S.J. (Episode 10)
All Might tries to contact Thirteen and Shota from the nurse's office but cannot reach them, and Thirteen states that the U.S.J. cannot call for help. The cause of the blockage is not explained in this episode.
