Recent Timeline
- Exercise results and class critique (Episode 8)
Team A vs Team D exercise ended with All Might declaring Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka the winners, leaving Katsuki Bakugo distraught after losing to Izuku. In the critique All Might named Tenya Ida MVP for adapting and respecting the exercise's spirit, while Momo Yaoyorozu faulted Katsuki and Izuku for large indoor ranged attacks and Ochaco for lowering her guard and making a reckless final attack. Shoto Todoroki then froze the building in Team B's win, trapping Mashirao Ojiro and Toru Hagakure and securing the payload.
- Press infiltration and class representative election (Episode 9)
After All Might joined the faculty, reporters crowded U.A.; one followed Eraser Head inside and set off the defensive barrier, triggering alarms and a mass evacuation jam. Tenya Ida calmed the students by revealing the intruder was only press, and the faculty concluded the barrier was broken by an element of evil, possibly a declaration of war.
After Izuku resigned, Tenya was elected class representative by the majority of Class 1-A for his calm handling of the panic. Separately, Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady were handling a hostage situation by Habit Headgear until All Might arrived, defeated the villain with a Missouri Smash, and headed toward U.A.
- USJ villain invasion (Episode 10)
While All Might was absent, a large group of villains led by Tomura Shigaraki and Kurogiri invaded the U.S.J. plaza. Eraser Head fought them while Thirteen tried to evacuate the students, but Kurogiri scattered the class into the simulation zones.
Izuku, Minoru, and Tsuyu defeated the shark-like villain and the water-manipulating villain, trapping them in a vortex of water and sticky spheres before escaping the Shipwreck Zone.
- Villains disabled at the USJ (Episode 11)
In the Mountain Zone, Momo Yaoyorozu shielded Kyoka Jiro with an insulation sheet, and Denki Kaminari then electrocuted the whole area, disabling every criminal there.
Thirteen's attempt to destroy Kurogiri was turned back on her by his Quirk, putting the Rescue Hero out of commission. At the Central Plaza, the bio-engineered monster Nomu defeated Shota Aizawa, leaving the students without their teacher.
- Escape for help and All Might's arrival (Episode 11)
Ochaco Uraraka, Hanta Sero, and Rikido Sato held off Kurogiri long enough for Tenya Ida to reach the exit and go for backup, after which Kurogiri declared the villains' plans ruined.
All Might then suddenly arrived at the USJ and distracted Tomura Shigaraki, saving the students from his renewed attack.

Clue Board
- Reason for All Might's absence (Episode 10)
One of the villains notices All Might is not with the class, though their schedule said he would be teaching it. The episode explains why: All Might was at U.A., where Principal Nezu kept him occupied and lectured him about overwork, so he did not go to the U.S.J.

- Threat to Symbol of Peace (Episode 11)
A mysterious unnamed person reads a newspaper about All Might becoming a teacher and asks what would happen if the Symbol of Peace were snuffed out by villains.
The villains' goal is now stated outright: they are a League of Villains member group whose goal is to kill All Might. Shigaraki wonders whether the Symbol of Peace will arrive only after the students are killed, and the class discusses the villains' plan against All Might.
Shoto demands information on the villains' plans to kill All Might in exchange for unfreezing captives; the plan is not revealed in this episode.
- Nomu unaffected by smash (Episode 11)
Izuku's smash on Tomura is intercepted by Nomu; Izuku's arm is not broken, yet the attack has no effect on Nomu. The cause is left unexplained.
