Recent Timeline

  • Mitsugoshi hot spring dragon uprising (Season 2 Episode 8)

Tears shed by Beta in the hot spring awakened a dragon that rose from the main pool and caused chaos among the guests. The Shadows, disguised in white, fought it, and Alpha defeated it. Its spirit, freed of its sorrow, ascended after licking Beta's tears. The resort staff then staged the event as an opening attraction, and the golden magic from the victory left the spring water with beauty and health properties.

  • Queen attack and Kouadoi's downfall (Season 2 Episode 9)

In the ruins of First Castle Town, the Queen unlocked a ring tied to Hero Freya at Kouadoi's behest, and 559 attacked her as her first target. Rose parried the strike to protect her mother and was punched in the face as the Cult Members boxed in the group. Rose's betrayal convinced 559 that Rose was unworthy to serve Lord Shadow.

At Marie's tavern, three soldiers extorted war-effort payment and beat Cid when he tried to intervene. Later, the same soldiers were killed in a ruined house by a black tendril from the bloodied Cid, who left with glowing red eyes.

After three days of fighting, 559 defeated Kouadoi's First Named Children and was knocked down by Kouadoi. Under the full moon Shadow arrived, 559's severed arm regenerated, and she turned Kouadoi, the last man standing, into red slime.

  • Oriana matter passed to Shadow and Cid's palace performance (Season 2 Episode 10)

Lambda arrived in Oriana with Shadow Garden reinforcements to confront 666 and face the Cult, but Chi and Omega informed her the matter now belonged to Shadow. Epsilon later confirmed Shadow had already made contact with Rose, placing the situation beyond their control.

Posing as Shiron's student, Cid performed at the Oriana palace as compensation for his stay. His Moonlight Sonata captivated the guests, and many, including Duke Perv, offered to become his patrons. Shiron stated that Cid was still in training and not ready for professional engagements.

  • Perv's confrontation with Rose (Season 2 Episode 10)

After Cid visited Rose in her tower and urged her not to accept the wedding, Duke Perv confronted her about the visitor. Rose said the marriage would exist in name only, but Perv warned that her mother's life depended on the union. Overhearing this, Cid left to initiate Plan B.

  • Wedding ceremony collapse and capital massacre (Season 2 Episode 11)

Shadow led Rose to witness Queen Reina and Perv in private, where Reina admitted drugging the king and agreed that Rose should have been killed first, and Rose broke down. Three days later at the wedding, Rose refused to marry Perv, confessed that she had killed the king herself, and publicly accused Perv of manipulating the king, defiling the queen, and plotting a coup. King Girk's recorded confession exposed Perv's drugging, and the crowd turned against him. Mordred then unleashed the Black Rose and the colossal beast Ragnarok, sparking a massacre in the capital.
